Alpaca Carriers, Inc. manufactures multi-purpose carriers or racks in Kimball, Minnesota. Our carriers come standard with the patent pending Alpaca Cinch, a fastening system that will allow you to carry all styles of bicycles, including recumbent, along with skis, and snowboards, in any combination with or without protective covers. This cinch self adjusts to any article regardless of shape or size, making our carriers very versatile, and easy to use. The Alpaca Compact Carrier features two plastisol-coated pins that are properly spaced and easily attached or detached from the carrier with hitch pin clips, along with two Alpaca Cinches. This carrier is small, light weight (18 pounds), strong, and works very well. This is a great value; you get a multi-purpose carrier with all these conveniences and capabilities at the cost of a bike rack. Choose our patented stabilizing system, for the added advantage of less sway and rattle, and the ability to fit both 1 ¼” and 2” receiver hitches (with optional adapter).
