Alpaca Compact Carrier and Rans V-Rex Recumbent
The Alpaca Compact will fit both 1 1/4-inch and 2-inch receiver hitches
(with optional adapter). The Alpaca Compact will carry skis, many different styles of bikes, snowboards, and
mountain boards without the purchase of cumbersome and expensive adapters.
The Alpaca Cinch comes standard with the
carrier. The cinch holds your articles to the carrier and will allow you to separate them if you desire. The Alpaca
Compact doesn't have the same locking capability as the Alpaca Utility. You will still be able to lock the
carrier to your vehicle and you can lock your bikes to the carrier using a cable lock.
You won't be able to
lock your skis, mountain boards, or snowboards to the carrier. You can not carry a cargo box on this model and you
won't have the same carrying capacity for the skis, snowboards, and mountain boards.
