What kind of receiver hitch will I need?

Install a hitch that was designed for your vehicle.  With the purchase of our optional Receiver Adapter our carriers will work with both 1 1/4-inch and 2-inch receiver hitches.  DO NOT EXCEED VEHICLE OR HITCH RATINGS.  We rate our carriers to carry 120 pounds of cargo, but because the carrier acts as a lever on your hitch, DO NOT EXCEED 65% OF THE HITCH RATING.  Any hitch rated at 300 pounds or higher tongue weight will be able to carry 120 pounds of cargo.  On any hitch rated at 200 pounds of tongue weight 120 pounds of cargo will be too much for the hitch and vehicle.  

What kind of warranty is on the carrier?

We have a satisfaction guarantee of 30 days (customer responsible for freight both ways).  We have a one-year warranty on parts and labor.

Can I tow a boat, trailer or car and still carry my bicycles?

Our carriers are extremely versatile.  With the purchase of our trailer mount they can be mounted to any tubing from 2-inches to 3-inches wide.  If you have a large enough vehicle with a strong enough hitch the options are unlimited.
